It really shouldn't be such a big deal, or so damn difficult to understand; if it displays genitalia, sex acts, bodily functions or graphic descriptions of those it goes in NSFW. That's what I'm proposing , anyway, and that's how I'm going to rule it unless or until we have a consensus on an alternate definition. I'll open a thread in staff talk for that purpose, updates to follow.

I think any form of suggestive imagery should follow suit as well. This would include sexual innuendos in otherwise "safe" imagery, or images that appear as if they would follow into something NSFW.
