Pet Names?

Does anyone want to share what they call their darling when the sweet talk starts?

For me, it's "A.J." It's simple, solid, and grounded, just like her!

When I really want to get her goat, though, I'll call her what I used to call her behind her back when we were just friends and I was pining after her: "My Dulci-neigh-a!"

It gives her cheeks a nice crimson blush...and my cheek a red, hoof-shaped mark. It's all in good fun, though; I'd never call her something she didn't actually like being called.

I usually just say Twily. And she just calls me by my first name. We arent really that mushy romantic pet name kinda couple.

I hear you. I wouldn't really classify A.J. and myself as that kind of couple either. That's why it's such a good joke when I start doing the most over-the-top mushy talk I can. Well, I'm laughing at least...

I guess I forgot to mention this, because it probably goes without saying, but she calls me "Sugarcube" a lot. The way she says it...well, it just makes me so happy!

I call Rainbow: Dashie, Angelbaby, Angelbabe, Babe, Baby, Rainbow in the Dark, my angel, my little goddess, sky-blue siren, and a dozen other things that probably annoy her. xD

It makes me glad that the nickname "Angelbaby," in particular, grew on her. I'm still working on "baby girl," "baby doll," and Angelbabydoll. x3

Nightmare Rarity: I suppose ours are relatively simple: I've called him my dear, my dearest, my love. Sometimes I refer to him as my handsome love.

Not sure as to why on that last one.

We've actually listened to / watched a couple of Dio videos together. Eighties vids tend to crack her up, but she does enjoy some of the music. x ) Angelbabe's referred to herself as a "rock chick" on a couple of occasions.

Lol. I was born in 1987 so I missed the 80's but I grew up on the movies and cartoons from then and early 90's. That I think is part of what made me a fan of mlp. I simply love shows that actually care to make a story line and that have intelligence. I guess that's what got me started.

Maud doesn't have any pet names for me. Which is fine.
